Jemma transitioned into the world of accounting after a career in marketing and taking time out to raise her children bringing both her organisational skills and creative flair to the team. Eager to support Matt and contribute meaningfully to the business, she joined the Accounts team and now plays a vital role in keeping our clients’ financial records accurate and up to date. Her background in marketing adds an extra dimension to the firm, offering a fresh perspective on communication and client engagement.

As both Matt’s wife and a dedicated member of the James Rose team, Jemma wears many hats behind the scenes. Her calm, can-do attitude and naturally caring nature mean she’s always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Jemma brings warmth and balance to the workplace, and her thoughtful, people-focused approach is valued by both clients and colleagues. Outside the office, she loves spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors on long walks, and staying active. She also has a soft spot for a good podcast or a bit of home DIY.
