Office Manager

Tiff is the heart of the James Rose office and keeps everything running smoothly as our Office Manager. With over 11 years of experience in administration, she brings not only organisation and efficiency but also a warm, friendly energy that makes everyone—clients and team alike—feel instantly at ease. Chances are, Tiff will be the first person you speak to when you get in touch, and she’ll always greet you with a smile (even over the phone!).

She plays a key role in making sure our clients have the best possible experience, handling everything from onboarding new clients to managing important admin tasks like confirmation statements, requesting accounting records, and sending documents for approval. Her calm, can-do attitude and great communication skills mean she guides clients through every step with confidence and clarity, building strong, lasting relationships along the way.

Outside of work, Tiff loves to travel and explore new places whenever she gets the chance (with her husband Liam, one of our Client Managers). When she’s not planning her next adventure, she’s chilling with her beloved pet turtles, who are just as much a part of the family. Whether she’s helping clients, supporting the team, or swapping travel stories, Tiff brings a mix of professionalism, positivity, and fun to everything she does.
